In 2004 Apple Computers began running a series of distinctive ads for the iPod with silhouetted figures on solid-color backgrounds. The ads feature popular music and musicians using Apple products. The ads have appeared in television, print, and mosaic forms. In parody of these ads many ytmnd fads have been recolored to resemble genuine Apple advertisements. The image is usually coupled with the song "Jerk it Out" by Caesers.
In 2006 a YTMND in this style was made, featuring Stephen Colbert listening to an iPod aired on The Colbert Report.
