In the skit, Ferrell plays Gene Frankel, a fictional member of the band {{w|Blue Öyster Cult}}, and Walken plays Bruce Dickinson, a producer. The most famous line of the skit is when Dickinson gives a pep-talk to Frankel, telling him, "Well, guess what! I've got a fever, and the only prescription is more cowbell!"
