At the rate it's going, I'd say that girl is a fad herself and may be at the level of other popular fads like Picard, Stapler, and Conan. Problem is, it's not the Cake song that's popular but sites involving her, almost always yielding material of pedoish content. If this is a popular fad, all that needs to be done is to add the "fads" in bracket to the page and a link from the popular fads template.
