The Can't Break My Stride fad is composted of an animated GIF of people moving quickly, typically running, accompanied by Matthew Wilder's Break My Stride (available on the YTMND Soundtrack. It is occasionally referenced by the acronym CBMS. The first CBMS YTMND was made by syncan on February 26, 2006.
