Lemonparty

Lemonparty is an internet shock site consisting of old men having an orgy. It is commonly posted by trolls at forums and image upload sites. The original can be seen at http://lemonparty.org

While not a 'ytmnd fad' in the sense it is not unique to ytmnd, many ytmnds have been made featuring the image. Lemonparty sites often feature heads photoshopped over the heads of the Lemonparty men.
