Original YTMND: [1] |
Worthy spinoffs: |
"O RLY?" "YA RLY! "NO WAI!"
A common superimposed sarcastic internet abbreviation of "Oh, really?" typically paired with a picture of a snowy owl. Also paired with a picture of a great horned owl with the caption "YA RLY." ("Yeah, really"). In some cases, "YA RLY" is followed by "NO WAI!!!" (No way!). O RLY has been an internet fad long before the first O RLY YTMND, with hundreds of different spin offs, containing modified picutes of the owl with text (usually a variation on "Oh, really?) written at the bottom.
