I believe you have my stapler is a YTMND by user Evers. It was created on April 24, 2004 and quickly became one of the most popular fads on YTMND. It is a picture of Milton from "Office Space" looking from behind his desk with the looped sound "I believe you have my stapler" from the movie of the same name.

Most takeoffs of the original either replace the stapler with another object or insert the "you have my stapler" portion of the sound into a song where the lyrics contain "I believe".
