The WTF bomb is a fad where a normal event gets interrupted by a loud voice screaming "WHAT THA F-" cut off by the image of a nuclear explosion and an "ear-raping" sound effect. Sites will normally contain the wtf bomb as an element of surprise, similar to the Hassan, Spanish Inquisition, Horsedick, some NEDM sites, and Thwomp fads. The sound effect first came from a Link Finds site, but it became popular over a year later.
