Snaxe
Snaxe works on YTMND as a design consultant and HTMLizes stuff. He's 25 and from Dallas, Texas. It's hot as fuck there. His "Hungry? Loot a Snickers" ytmnd has over 180,000 views. That's pretty damn good.

Snaxe probably has the most well rounded vote spread on YTMND. Giving out many 1's for all the shitty sites, and reserving 5's for the rare good ones. Everyone should try and strive to have a vote spread like his.

Snaxe used to be a moderator on YTMND, but the sheer capacity of utter shit he had to deal with really did a number on him.
He was once happy, bright eyed and ready to take on the world. Now he has a slight tick in his left eye and cries out in his sleep.
Thankfully, he quit the job before it had done too much damage, and his sanity is now slowly regenerating.

YTMND Scorn
Snaxe hates almost everyone on YTMND and this would include the YTMND Ventrilo.
He once banned someone from the main lobby because their green icon was flashing in a way that Snaxe claimed as "offensive". Snaxe was actually in his moderator lobby at the time, and had no idea what that particular person was saying.
