About me
I like, well, games, preferably older video or computer games. I do not own a current-generation game console, but would not mind an Xbox 360 (I want to play Geometry Wars: Retro Evolved and see it for myself), and I do have a PC. I also like Lindsay Lohan and many other redheads. (My icon here is from an image on a (currently NSFW) site of mine, Lindsay wants it BAD.)
Votes and viewing habits
I try to give votes from to and amounts in between.
I usually like to check Up and Coming sites, but if I give too many and votes I'll check random sites to find awful ones.
If people a site because its maker used Internet Explorer or didn't use Firefox, it gets from me. If someone makes a site advertising Firefox, it gets . When Spread Firefox and hundreds of other sites are already pushing it, and the quality of the browser speaks for itself, further shilling is annoying and counterproductive.
I strongly prefer strict ("classic" style) sites—"Strict YTMND FTW", as I often say.
I prefer clean (or satirically awful-looking) sites to crude Paint jobs. I might appreciate good, original pixel art though.
Otherwise, I try to take MasterSitsu's advice to Polizei and judge a site on merits.
Comments
I like verticons like o_0, like Asgard01 does, but I use them far less in my comments.
Sometimes I like to type an elongated "sweet" (e.g., "sweeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeet").
My "This just killed NEDM" comment on reggie-wanker's Taking of Pelham gave rise to his follow-up, OMG They Killed-.
One of my comments here led to the use of Lavos' Theme in "holy crap, a meteor!" and its derivatives.
Fads
I prefer to stay away from fad-based sites and make strict-style ones, but I may make one at times if, for instance, I like the music, premise, or character involved (Secret Islamic Sailor Jupiter, for example, for the cute girl and cool music). I also despise fad sites that ignore core aspects of their respective fad (including many "Epic Maneuver"-type sites).
If I had to choose one alternate universe, it would probably be YesYes, because I have seen some smart sites made for that.
